21 Wapping Lane, E1W

Famously Wapping is one of London’s oldest village settlements having survived the 20th century with much of its historic maritime character intact.

Located adjacent to Tobacco Dock, 21 Wapping Lane is the first new development to arrive in Wapping for more than a decade and is perfectly placed between the City to the west and Canary Wharf to the east.

This new development is a sympathetic contrast to the Old Wapping and provides a much needed injection of bright urban vitality.

Together with refurbishment and repair of the existing canal the landscaping showcases large, bespoke polished stone water features, extensive granite paved public spaces, reclaimed stone to cobblestone square, extensive specimen planting and semi-mature trees.
