Created by the developer Ballymore, and built by Balfour Beatty,The landscape gardens were designed with the theme of ‘flow’, an analogy of a stream flowing from the mountain to the sea, the landscaping flowing from the central Piazza towards the River Thames.
The scheme is comprised of 2 water features, bespoke vents, bespoke metal grilles, paved walkways and an automated irrigation system. In-Ex Landscapes scope of works included all elements from the ground up including all bulk excavation, drainage, base and civil preparation, new services and ducting, all landscape finishes and stone cladding to walls and water features
