Goodluck Hope is a new riverside neighbourhood of 804 homes on the River Thames at the historic Leamouth Peninsula. Surrounded by water on three sides, adjacent to London City Island forming an extension of a strong footprint which has already delivered some of the most ambitious regeneration schemes in the area.
The design by Spacehub Architects for the public realm combines ‘the energy of the neighbouring artist community at Trinity Buoy Wharf with the site’s rich history of ship building’.

The architectural language of warehouses and industrial buildings is complemented by a series of flexible yards and ‘slips’ that reveal the historic narrative of the place, whilst offering an external gallery space for local artists.   Goodluck Hope won New London Architecture public spaces award 2018.
